Service overview
Wabi Consulting provides a paid AI Business Assessment for local and service businesses. The assessment is a diagnostic review of current business practices, intake, calls, follow-up, booking, CRM, reviews, admin workflows, and possible AI opportunities.
Not implementation by default
The $100 assessment is diagnosis first. It does not include full automation buildout, custom software, ad management, CRM migration, or ongoing support unless a separate done-with-you or done-for-you agreement is signed.
AI-assisted intake and communications
Wabi may use AI-assisted systems for calls, intake, summaries, scheduling, reminders, meeting notes, transcript review, assessment preparation, and follow-up. You may call the Wabi intake line at 434-835-9556.
Call, SMS, and email consent
By submitting a form, purchasing an assessment, booking a call, or contacting Wabi, you agree that Wabi may contact you by phone, email, and, where enabled, SMS about your assessment, appointment, payment, reminders, and follow-up. Message/data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of buying any service beyond communications needed to deliver the assessment. Reply STOP to SMS when available to opt out.
Payment and scope
Payment is collected through Stripe. Any implementation, software subscriptions, affiliate tools, third-party platforms, or recurring services are separate unless clearly stated in writing.
No guaranteed results
Wabi provides recommendations and operational support. Wabi does not guarantee revenue, leads, rankings, approvals, software outcomes, tax outcomes, or business results.
Affiliate and referral links
Some recommended tools may use referral or affiliate links. Wabi may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Recommendations should still be evaluated based on fit for your business.
