AI Business Consultation — $300 USD

One 45-minute Google Meet consultation for a broad review of your business, a shortlist of worthwhile workflows and a deeper look at the first workflow. No guaranteed number of recommendations or exhaustive company-wide audit.

Your 1–2-page written action plan arrives within two business days of the call. It includes supported opportunities, steps to simplify, recommended tools, anticipated costs, unknowns, practical next actions and success tests. One email clarification round within seven calendar days of plan delivery is included.

No configuration, implementation, extra review call or unlimited research is included. Keep the plan and use it independently. Implementation is optional and separately scoped; the consultation fee is not automatically credited toward implementation.

Optional implementation

Online: $600 USD per accepted standard workflow, with a 90-minute setup/training appointment. Local onsite: starting at $800 USD per workflow, with a 180-minute appointment, within 30 miles of downtown Las Vegas. Outside or unknown service-area locations are online only. Exact onsite scope, eligibility and fee are agreed before payment; local travel is included in the accepted quote.

One workflow is one named business task, defined inputs, repeatable steps and one agreed output. Configuration in client-owned accounts, a representative acceptance test, live training and concise written operating instructions are included. The appointment length is not a promise that unknown work can be completed within it.

Seven calendar days of email questions and defect reporting follow handoff. A defect reported in that window remains open until resolved or settled. New features and ongoing maintenance are excluded. Client software subscriptions and model usage are separate. No forced retainer. Complex work needs a separate quote before payment; Wabi underestimating unchanged scope is not an automatic overage.

Commercial terms

1. Payment: consultation upfront. Implementation payment follows a written agreement stating scope, price, prerequisites, delivery date, acceptance test and priced milestones. USD; legally required taxes disclosed before checkout. No subscription or automatic enrollment. Never collect again through the calendar after Stripe payment.
2. Consultation cancellation: full refund before the call begins. One free reschedule, including a missed appointment. After the call starts, no change-of-mind refund. If Wabi cannot deliver the agreed consultation/action plan, refund the consultation. Decline/refund out-of-capability requests before the call.
3. Implementation cancellation: full refund before client-authorized implementation work starts. Work begins only after written scope acceptance and explicit notice of the agreed start, including any preparation counted as paid implementation—not silently on payment. After starting, completed agreed work is payable; cancel remaining work and refund its unperformed portion using the priced milestones in the accepted quote. No arbitrary retained fee.
4. Delivery protection: test the agreed acceptance criteria. Correct failures at no extra fee within an agreed reasonable window. If Wabi cannot deliver the agreed workflow, refund that workflow's implementation fee. No guaranteed revenue, savings, permanent compatibility or third-party uptime. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
5. Client responsibilities: authorized access, representative non-sensitive examples and required subscriptions. Client delays shift dates by agreement. New requirements/workflows need a separate written quote and consent, never automatic charges. Obtain separate recording/AI-processing consent and offer notes-only handling. This is founder-approved commercial wording, not a claim of legal review.
