Information for your consultation

We collect the information you provide in intake and service communications: your name, email, business, location, website if supplied, current tools, pain points, goals, AI familiarity and consent choices. Payment and service references connect your purchase, intake and appointment.

Please do not submit passwords, API keys, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive customer data. Use representative, non-sensitive examples. Keep your payment-linked continuation URL private.

How the service uses your information

We use this information to verify your purchase, prepare and deliver your consultation and action plan, arrange appointments, respond to questions and, if you choose, scope implementation. Location is used to check onsite service eligibility.

Service providers

Stripe processes checkout and payment information. Trello is used to organize intake and delivery records. Google Calendar supports appointment booking, and Google Meet supports online consultations. These providers process information under their own policies. Wabi does not ask for payment-card details in this intake form.

Optional AI processing and recording

AI processing of intake and consultation notes is optional. You may choose notes-only handling without AI processing and still receive the service. Recording, if proposed, requires separate consent; agreeing to the Terms is not recording consent. Contact Wabi to discuss or change your preference before processing.

Retention and requests

Service records are kept as needed to deliver and support the work, maintain payment records and meet applicable obligations. To ask about access, correction, deletion or your consent preference, email contact@wabi.consulting. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting obligations.

Your browser and continuation link

This intake does not save your answers in browser local or session storage. Unsaved answers can be lost if you leave or refresh. Your private continuation link contains a payment-session reference, not your answers. After a confirmed save, reopen that link to continue to booking. Third-party payment and scheduling services have their own browser and privacy practices.
