We use it to schedule and deliver the assessment, prepare the recommendation, maintain business records, and follow up when you have given permission. Calls may be recorded or transcribed for assessment quality and follow-up.
AI-assisted tools
Wabi may use AI-assisted transcription, research, drafting, and routing tools. Marcellus reviews client-facing recommendations before they are sent.
